Essence Terms of Use

General

Please read these terms of use carefully before using the services offered by essense-art.com. This agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for customers’ direct purchase of our products and the use of the essense-art.com website owned and operated by Ming Island Design.

By using this website, you agree to be bound by this agreement. This agreement applies to all users of the site or service, including users who are also contributors of content, information, and other materials or services on the site. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our terms and conditions, please contact us before placing an order.

We reserve the right to add, delete or amend these Terms and Conditions without prior written notice at any time, at our sole discretion.

If essense-art.com terminates its websites or business, all provisions of the Terms of Use which by their nature shall survive termination, including without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Our Products

Essense-art.com agrees to ship items out in the best condition. Essense-art.com will not be liable for any damage incurred during shipping or after the item(s) have been shipped.

We have made the best possible attempt to accurately display the colors of our products on screen devices. However, the actual colors of our products and what you see on your screen will depend on your screen settings and therefore may vary from the actual product(s).

A large number of our products are made of natural materials which may exhibit natural inequalities in texture and/or color. Natural inequalities that may appear on a product do not warrant a right to return or exchange a product.

Orders received on essense-art.com are processed via Paypal. An agreement between the buyer and essense-art.com is established upon the buyer’s receipt of the order confirmation, in accordance with the conditions stated in these terms.

Payment

All retail prices are listed in US Dollars.

Payment in other currencies will be calculated by your payment provider, translated in to your local currency and represented on your statement(s). Essense-art.com is not responsible for charges incurred for currency conversion by your bank or credit card company.

To guarantee a secure transaction we use Paypal, please refer to www.paypal.com for details.

The total cost of the products ordered on essense-art.com plus shipping fees will be billed via Paypal. Customers may directly use their Paypal accounts for payment, or use their credit cards through Paypal. However, you do not need a Paypal account to process a credit card transaction.

International orders do not include any taxes, duties, import fees or customs fees charged by your local government. Customs policies vary by country and we cannot anticipate what these charges will be and are not responsible for any taxes, duties, import fees or customs fees levied once the merchandise reaches your country. Please contact your local government or post office for more information.

If you have provided us with incorrect information in regards to your intention to order a product from essense-art.com, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract in whole or in part.

Shipping

All orders received on essense-art.com will be processed within 5 business days of the order. Delivery dates are without obligation.

Essense-art.com is not responsible for additional costs that may be incurred from international orders that are subject to taxes, duties, import fees and custom fees of the buyer’s respective country.

Forecasted delivery dates may change due to events and circumstances beyond our control. Essense-art.com is not responsible for delivery delays caused by events and circumstances beyond our control.

Return and Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges are accepted for certain products if the product is in the condition you received it and sent back to us within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, no refund or exchange will be given to the buyer.

Returns and exchanges for products that need to be customized to the specific requirements of the buyer such as Chinese seals are considered on a case-by-case basis. Essense-art.com makes every effort to ensure its customers are completely satisfied with their order and will address requests for returns or exchanges on customized products and make adjustments when possible.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.

The buyer must include the receipt in the package for all returns and exchanges.

Products shipped for return or exchange must be addressed to the following:

Essense-art.com will dismiss the request for return or exchange if:

         - The returned product shows signs of visible use
         - The product is returned without the original packaging
         - The product is damaged as a result of return transport

Essense-art.com will reimburse your payment, minus shipping costs, once we have approved that the order is eligible for return.

All refunds will be issued based upon the original form of payment.

Essense-art.com is not responsible for costs incurred as a result of damaged or missing product(s) during return shipping. Essense-art.com advises buyers to ship products back utilizing a tracking service.

Warranty Disclaimer

Essense-art.com does not provide warranties on any of its products.
